I took a quick business trip to San Diego, California. My dad’s friend dropped me off at the top of Cabrillo National Monument near the lighthouse.  After wandering around the upper part for about an hour, I walked down to the tidal pools.  It’s not an easy walk, although it’s all road, but there is no sidewalk and no return shuttle or transportation.  The area has some really amazing history, but unfortunately, my time was extremely limited.

There’s a weekday bus that runs to the monument.  They only accept cash.  It was very quick to reach the airport via the bus.
